Since December 2004 your company, AP9 Connections, has been debiting our checking account debit card for $8.95 a month for a service we never signed up for and never used. We have recieved no membership materials and have no 9-digit ID number to give you, only a monthly charge of $8.95 for the past 14 or 15 months.
We do not WANT your service, never SIGNED UP for your service, will never USE your service, and now that I find that your company has a number of complaints against it, I DEMAND that you credit our checking account with the full amount of $134.25, or I will report you to the Attorney General of the State Of West Virginia and all appropriate consumer agencies to warn as many as possible of this FRAUD.
