Premier Benefits called me in Dec. 4, 2004 for a "sounded like a good deal" for unlimited local & long distance with internet service for a trial period and before the trial period ended I called to cancel which they said I was all set.

Then on Dec. 28, 2004, $149.90 was taken out of my account which I didn't realize until Jan. 2005, I emmediatly called Premier Benefits and that's when they informed me that I had to call another numer to cancel which turned out to be Call One.

I Called Call One and explained that I had already cancelled this, they said they would send me a form to fill out for my refund and allow 7-10 business days to receive, I waited for a couple days after the aloted time and still didn't get the form, so I called back was told they would send out another form and told the same thing for time, still didn't get form after the 7-10 days called again and this time I told them I would turn into the Better Business Bureau and I receive form in 4 days.

I filled out form sent it back signature required which was signed for on Feb. 8, 2005, and I was told after they received this form I would get my refund in 10-14 business days, I waited the aloted time and a few days after and didn't get it. I called them back to see where my refund was because it was signed for on the 8th of Feb., they told me they didn't receive until the 16th of Feb., and now I would have to wait another 10-14 days.

I called after this aloted time which by then it was Mar. 9, 2005, and they told me they would do a 72 hour investigation to see where the check is. I waited a week and called them back and this time I was told they were processing my refund and to allow another 10-14 days for my refund.

I waited and called back and now they tell me they will do a special investigation to find out what happend to it.

It is now March 28, 2005 and I still have not received my refund and will continue calling this company Call One. And also turned into the Better Business Bureau.
