Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They called me in Sept of 2002. We set up a post-dated check over the phone and they guaranteed the card would be there by Halloween.
I waited the original 4-6 weeks it would take for the card to come but it never did. This is what I have done so far:
Filed a report with my bank and my local police department.
Contacted the Better Business Bereau and the State Attorney General.

took the money out of my checking without my knowledge

i called and cancelled this credit card 2 months or so and i just received the credit card and they took the money out of my checking without my knowledge. now i was told i could not get my money back regardlessi have closed my account out today can you help me thank you lisa minton
