IP-NUBODI CREDIT CARD RIP OFF Internet

I though this nightmare was over. In February, 2008 I ordered a free trial of Colon Cure Cleanser for $3.98 for shipping & handling. I was then billed for $89.31 for something I did not order. I disputed this with my credit card holder, they canceled my credit card and reissued another one to me. A few weeks later I had another bill for $89.31, I disputed that and I was credited.

Now, today July 26, 2008 I received notice from my credit card company that the merchant had submitted a rebuttal to my dispute. Nubodi submitted a form of term and agreement as well as a description of dispute for Body Fit Pro Green Tea 500 Natural Supplements will automatic be billed to me each month. This is not what I had even ordered. This is just something they presented to my Credit Card Company. I was not informed of any automatic shipments, not did I agree to any other shipment other than the free trial plus $3.98 for shipping and handling.

I received a crushed bottle of I don't know what. Mine you they do not answer the phone I only got a busy signal every time I called. I was not informed of any term and agreement nor automatic shipment, this is a rip off that goes into play after they get your credit card information. These people need to be prosecuted and baned from operating a business on the internet.
