I called the company today and after being placed on hold awhile a person told me that my slippers will be shipped in 2 days. I asked why it had taken so long (bought 5/12/03) and they explained that they did not have the products in stock. I asked if they knew that there were bad reports about their company on the internet, but they just ended the conversation with "have a nice day."
