I was hired to work for TRG Customer Solutions in March. At first, I thought this job was a dream come true because I had a hard time finding work. I went for my primary interview and spoke with a recruiter and she re-assured me that this company was not going through a "recession". After attending 4 weeks of training it was time for me to go on the production floor. Things seemed okay for the most part. I handle each call to the best of my knowledge. The second week on the production floor I noticed that the supervisors were telling people to log off their computers (end duty) and go home. They call it liberal leave but I know that it means "HEY GO HOME .. WE ARE NOT MAKING MONEY SINCE THE CALL FLOW IS VERY SLOW.. SO GO .. AND OH YOU ARE NOT GETTING PAID."


This happened to me for about two weeks. I lost a lot of hours, too. I was cut from 80 hrs per pay check to 50 hours and this check only has 43 hrs. That is drastically cutting my pay!! The supervisors are not experts at all.

Today, the company fired 40 employees and these people were moving from one department to the next. Now they are without jobs because of not passing some assessment tests that was probably fabricated by TRG themselves. It is all a numbers game with them. They want to get the sales and make sure we get credit for the sales (THAT WAY THEY WILL GET PAID).


What about us, TRG? We, consumer sales representatives are out here busting our butts making sure we set up those sales. Our pay is not up to par. We are all afraid that our job is not secure, too.

For all I know.. I could be fired the next day WITHOUT WARNING.

Please, people.. do not sign up for work at TRG CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS.
They have a contract with VERIZON... and I know Verizon.. has an inkling on how TRG is running things on their end.

It is ridiculous. I am currently still working there. I have not reached my month working here yet..but I feel as though my days are numbered. .. so I am looking for another job.

Sighs. Stressing.. indeed.
