ILDTELESERVICES.COM,ILDTELECOM.COM ILD TELESERVICES INC. REFUSES TO TAKE $21.18 OFF MY PHONE BILL FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER !! Internet

ILD Teleservices had $21.18 put on my phone bill for something I did not order.I called them and they said that my email address was used on 6/26 to authorize it and could only take $9.99 off my bill. I told them that I did not give them permission to do this and was 400 miles away on that date with no computer. I do not have a laptop and did not use anyone elses. Verizon says that I have to pay the full amount and wait until this company puts through a credit, if they ever do it.

When I called their 800 number I had to wait 6 minutes before someone came on the phone and they weren't even nice. They could care less about your charges and was telling me nothing could be done until I got just as nasty as she did.Then it was only $9.99 that was going to come off the bill. She gave me an authorization # for the deduction that verizon didn't even need. Verizon
said that they have to wait for ILD to put through the credit.

I want ILD to credit the full amount.
