Just as other people have been victims of Jennifer Coburn's fraudulent business activities; I also paid her $480.00 for telemarketing services last year and did not receive the services as stated on our contract.

To make everything look legitimate, Jennifer send me a well-written contract between my company and "JCMH Marketing/Jennifer Coburn" as independent contractor. The contract states:

"DUTIES: The Contractor will conduct {60 HOURS} over the course of (30 DAYS) This includes cold calling, lead generation, reports and analysis. Reports are sent every Friday. 4-8 appointments per week are to be expected. Hours can increase with prior approval and agreement. Use of all databases and spreadsheets are strictly used for this position and confidential. If hours are to change for any reason, client will be notified."

"PAYMENT: Deposit of {$480} is due upon start. Afterwards bi weekly payments of $240.00 are desired. Payment is to be made to Jennifer Coburn."

However, I waited a week and nothing, two weeks, and nothing, I then started contacting her and she gave me a number of excuses such as she was sick, she did not have power at the office, and so on. After about two months, she sent me a list of about 6 people that she said called. I then called each of those people and found out that none of them were contacted by either Jennifer Coburn or JCMH Marketing.

Please stay away from Jennifer Coburn, she will sign contracts and after cashing checks, you will not hear from her again. Her rebuttal states that she worked for JCMH Marketing, if this were the case, then why is she listed on our contract as JCMH Marketing (independent contractor) and why she signed the contract as President? She obviously does not get it and continues to lie and scam people.

I encourage all the victims to please report her to the FBI internet Fraud Division; they will then report her to the appropriate police and regulation agencies.
