 Where should I start?..

 Teleperformance is horrible. I have never had at any time in my life experienced so much unprofessionalism and poor management. The worse part is management.

The supervisors and ACCM's were more unprofessional than the agents.. Most of the agents were actually pleasant and more than likely the reason for my tenure there.

There is one ACCM in particular who is disrespectful, rude and loud to the point of disbelief. Teleperformance is a call center so its obvious that with so many people talking at one time it will be a bit noisy.

This ACCM thinks that it is ok to play agents LIVE calls aloud where everyone can not only hear the agent and customers conversation in the entire call center but disturb those on current phone calls as well. He is loud and rude to most and yells on the floor as if it is not work being done.

I am very easy going and I am a firm believer in going to work and showing up on time and doing my job to the best of my ability and as productive as possible.. I believe in following rules and policy and learning everything I can to be able to perform the tasks given to me.. How else would one expect a decent paycheck? However, one thing I require is fairness and professionalism from upper management.

We were switched from one account (Sprint) to another (AT&T) because Sprint pulled their account from the company. We were told that we were chosen first for the chance to switch over because our scores were amongst the highest. The issue that I have is that we were led into the dark. We had no prior knowledge to AT&T or how to work their tools and understand their procedures..

Yes, we were well equipped and ready to take on excellent customer service because that is general and something that did not change from one account to another.. We were held accountable and reprimanded for our ignorance but no one was able to educate us on proper policy.

IT is ok when you have to figure things out and kind of go through the trial and error stage of hands on experience to gain clarity but when ppl start getting fired because of it, it then becomes a problem.

I am not a fan by far of bashing anyone or any company however the truth is the truth and I must say the truth is Teleperformance is the absolute worse.. There are issues on every job, trust me I know. There will always be problems, slackers, unfairness, etc etc.. However NEVER would I EVER suggest, recommend or promote Teleperformance!

I quit.. a few of my co workers quit.. most were fired.. Prior to teleperformance I was a strong believer in people firing themselves however that is not nearly the case there. Some of the best workers, those who come to work on time,, Work hard and to the best of their ability were fired based on issues out of their control. Its almost as if there is a certain number of people that have to be gone by a certain time and they find any little reason to see to it that it is so..

The main issue I want to point out is the fact that the turnover rate for agents is so high but yet and still the reasons for people getting fired are still occuring. You are firing and hiring and training only to fire and hire again. But what remains constant is upper management.. Hmmm.. Whats really the problem?

The place is stressful, unprofessional and the burden of working there is far greater than the small amount of money you receive on your paycheck every almost two weeks..

I would not suggest ANYONE go to that hell hole. They will eventually run themselves into the ground.. Or at least management.. There are many opportunities out there do NOT fall victim.. Many ppl have even quit and settled for paycuts.. Dont waste your time..
