It is unlikely that the Wage and Hour Board in Virginia can do anything substantial, as Encore insists all its people go 1099, thus absolving Craig and Encore of any responsibility.

Angel, you did the first right thing by reporting that pathetic little company to ROR. Don't stop yet. Tell your friends, family, even your enemies, not to apply to Encore Marketing. Stand on a public walkway and hand out copies of all the ROR's to potential candidates. Exercise your 1st Amendment right peacefully.

Encourage anyone you know who worked at the Richmond office to post on ROR, and tell their friends, families and enemies about the alleged fraud Encore has committed.

I was a Sales Director in MS, and after six weeks, I saw this pitiful organization for what it really was, a devious con played on those who can least afford to be scammed - hard working people looking for an opportunity.

Don't be intimidated by others on ROR, or the police, or Craig and his minions - you have a right to peacefully assemble and protest. Use it..tell people about Encore. If Encore's revolving door stops revolving, their income dries up.

Tell BellSouth about Encore, as another poster reported fraudulent sales practices. Make sure none of the contracts you wrote were fraudulent.
