I have been a Big Red Wire customer for over 4 years. I have had very little trouble with them or had to have any conversation other than email. I pay around $.02 a minute for domestic calls anywhere in the country. The phone service has been excellent. I was really surprised to see a comment posted here. I did have to email them once when I noticed that my rate had been changed from $.02 to $.04 a minute, but an email corrected the problem. I get my email statement every month. It is very detailed. As long as this service continues, I would'nt dream of switching to another long distance provider.
