They claim to unlock several makes of cell phones, however they debited my credit account on August 8 2007 for $7.77 without providing the unlocking service. Antony emailed me from 'sagewebcreations@btinternet.com' on the same day that they debited my account and stated: ..."In regards to your phone unlock request we are sorry to say that unfortunately it has not been possible to unlock your phone on this occasion. Please contact your provider for more information. A full refund will be made, please allow up to seven days for this." ...

Since then, I contacted my cell service provider and they promptly provided me the subsidy unlock code for my Nokia N75 free of charge, by emailing me within 3 days. I entered the 22 character code using my cell phone's keys and successfully unlocked my phone.

Wireless Unlocking doesn't have a contact telephone or address; only the folling "Contact Us" email address: unlocks@wirelessunlocking.com. I emailed Antony on 22 August to remind him or whomever it may concern at the above source email address (sagewebcreations@btinternet.com), that I should be promptly refunded for a service that was paid for and not provided. I also sent this email to "Contact Us" at: unlocks@wirelessunlocking.com .
