Telereach Pays employees when they feel like it! Houstin Texas

No paycheck for a 2nd time. I worked 3 weeks straight and when pay day came, no check. I learned that another girl in the company had to wait a whole week for her check, and that happened to her twice. Here it is again payday and no check. I know checks through the mail can be late but when I asked the payroll department when my check was mailed, I got 3 different answers. I have since found out that several people were paid up to 2 weeks late. That was my only problem with Telereach..They pay you when they feel like it not on your promised pay date.

No Rebuttal here from me...Have the same problem. ..."Never before in history have we had this problem" (financial woes)... Yeah right!
Okay, so the companies (clients) are supposed to pay TeleReach once the accounts are closed. Well, then there is the problem of backlog, which is apparently our fault...My last check got here 3 weeks after I submitted my pay sheet. Others have been even later.
There are people quitting left and right...And I mean some great producers have quit, all because they were not paid. Up to five people trained on a Monday and were gone by Friday! Sad thing is, they (TeleReach) are finally figuring out, they better be open and up front, basically, they have NO MONEY! I'm sorry, what? There is no money in the bank to pay your employees? My mother was a business major and would love to know just where all the money is going. Why isn't there an excess?
It is funny, they talk about communication being key...yet they can't even get their pay straight or let the employees know the checks are not in the mail. Funny thing is, there are only about 4 or 5 original employees who have stayed with the company for the whole 13 years...the turn over is horrible and people quit on a daily basis.
Who wants to come to work only to be nagged by IM, get hounded to meet ridiculous quotas, then not get paid? Even worse, they want you to set appts., the right way and log all your calls, but people are "skimming" the accounts and getting appts left and right...sadly enough, the ones who don't skim, end up getting cut due to lack of appts. for doing their job the way they were instructed.
Bottom line, if you bring in the appts,, they'll LOVE you, but good luck getting paid, or even getting the bonus' you were promised...This company is great with excuses!
