I'm in the mortgage biz too. Have been since 1996 at least in 1 sales capacity or another.

I've seen you ranting about this bad transaction since April. Get over it man! Suck it up, you got burned.

One thing I have learned in the mortgage business is that YOU have the ability to sell and close loans. You also have to know when to fold 'em, move on to the next opportunity.

There are MANY other places to get leads from. I get leads from Lending Tree, LowerMyBills, LoanWeb, and these guys rarely fail to deliver decent, qualified leads, on time, as often as we need them. It is like turning the faucet on and off.

Quit whining about this bad deal and go sell loans. Trust me, it is WAY more gratifying to cash a $15,000 paycheck than crying about a deal that went south.

It has been 2 weeks since Teleten promised to resume my campaign.
UPDATE**********I have in 14 days recieved only one lead, It was for a gentleman who only speaks Spanish, currently unemployed on disability, who filed a recent BK over 80% LTV... If there is anyone out there who can do this loan..let me know, we could make some big bucks! ANYWAY..BRAIN BROWN has not called me once for a followup, however I did get a call from a gentleman MR.West, who asked if I got my one lead, and I told him he needed to get me 29 more in a 3 week period to fufill our agreement...Look,at this pace it will take me 6 months to get my leads and the % of loans vs leads is usually 1 out of 10 QUALITY Leads),

Frank, I checked with Brian and the California Floor managers, and your campaign has been on schedule this week, and Teleten has been calling for your campaign. You should receive at least 1 lead today, May 11. Brian will give you a call tomorrow to check in with you. Also, Brian has informed me that if there is a Friday and/or Saturday shift this week, your campaign will be called on. Please be patient, since we want to generate good quality leads for you. Your courtesy and cooperation are appreciated.

Braian Brown phoned me several times last week to assure me my campaign would start Mon 5/9........2 days gone by........nothing so far. You have 28 days Teleten to deliver 25 qualified leads....Jeremy...Why dont you call me? It seems you are the person in charge..Whats up? Why cant anyone at Teleten keep thier word????

This client purchased 25 fax leads. After generating 9 leads for him, he complained about the quality of the leads, alleging that they did not meet the parameters of his contract. We first discussed and addressed his concerns in March 2005. Earlier this week, we spoke with the client and confirmed that Teleten give him credit for the leads he returned, and generate 25 leads for him within a mutually agreed upon 30-day period. The client has accepted this and is allowing Teleten to finish his campaign.
