Teleten Marketing ripoff Los Angeles California

I signed a contract with Teleten Marketing on January 6, 2006. At this point we agreed on certain parameters (loan amount, property value, receiving leads within 20 minutes, etc) to be met on ALL leads that were given to us. We have 3 states in which Teleten could call from.

The first week we received 6 leads and not one of which met our criteria. Of those 6 leads, two of the owners had not even been home at the time the rep said they spoke to them. Of these two leads, one had been in the hospital with a heart attack, and the other out of state taking care of her mother. At this time I spoke to Robert Lee who informed me they would fix the problem.

The second week we received numerous leads but only 2 new ones (duplicates from the previous week) and both were unreachable. I, again, spoke to Robert Lee who again informed me that had corrected the problem. I reminded them once more that we had 3 states for which they could call leads from.

The third week we only received two leads (along with more duplicates from the previous weeks) again for the whole week. This time Robert Lee would not take my calls, so I spoke with a Michael who was to now handle my account.

The fourth week we actually received 4 leads, but one of the leads that was forwarded the borrower did not even live at that address. The rep gave a bogus name and number. It then took over a month (March 7th, to be exact) to get another lead at which time I spoke to Linda Land the Contract Fulfillment Officer. She guaranteed me that she would get everything corrected. After only receiving that 1 lead, I tried to contact Linda Land again with no success.

It has now been almost two months without receiving a single lead, and I have 3 states to call on. You can't tell me there is no one out there that answers the phone, has an ARM coming due, or needs to payoff some bills.

A group needs to join and get this company put out of business. SOON!
