Jay, now that you have finally taken down the website and I have my refund I will no longer attempt to divert your prospects away from you. However if I see any problems on the reversal we will continue to attempt to shut you down.

I have been advised by my bank that I will be allowed a total refund because Jay offers a satisfaction guarantee and he refused to honor it.  If you decide to dispute charges with Jay then make sure that you save all e-mails, brochures and tape every phone conversation you possibly can when you talk to him or anyone associated with teleteria. Then dispute charges under services not rendered based on the fact that he refuses to honor the satisfaction guarantee, thank me by replying to this thread and help me getting Jay shut down or forcing him into bankruptcy!

Jay reported abuse I suppose to gmail because now my email account is non existent. I assume he reported abuse because of all the inquirys I was recieving from new potential clients of Jay and turning them away from doing business with him. I think I have cost him about 8 potential clients so far and I'm sure there will be more because I want Jay to go 100% bankrupt for posting my SSN on this website.

I think Jay highly regrets becoming irregular with me now that his business is suffering.

Since Jay wants to tell lies I must respond to this. I had Corey upload new HTML codes once and wanted to re upload new ones as I was optimizing. I then recieved a $250 bill for this to happen.

Then I was told about filezilla and that I can do it myself for free. How much time did it take me to upload the new ones? All I had to do was drag and drop and then click replace or overwrite same file name and boom it was done. In a matter of 1-2 minutes! I was going to get charged $250 for Corey to do this for me? How is that just?

Look at the evidence people do you really want to do business with a guy that violates the privacy act?!? He posted my SSN which will hopefully be redacted by ROR soon, I have sent rip off report several e-mails pointing this out to them probably like 6 or 7 I have been sending them 1 every 2 or 3 hours for the past few days.

To make this matter even more interesting I never posted the previous post. I believe it was a private investigator I had hired and then informed I no longer need his services. He was upset because he felt Jay deserved to be shut down because of all the claims people make about him and his business practices. The Sunday phone call aspect is TRUE it did happen and that's why I hired a P.I. Jay was threatening to bring harm to me and my family. We were recieving phone calls at all different times of the day.

Instead of Jay contacting me first and discussing this with me (which I would have corrected by posting) he throws my SSN on this site! I found out about this because I recieved a VM from a man I didn't know informing me of what happened and I want to personally thank that individual for taking the time to contact me.

So analyze this. Don't take the chance of doing business with Jay Servidio or he may post all of your information on the web as he did to me. I wonder what the FTC, AG, FBI, his Chamber of Commerce will think about jay disclosing my SSN violating the privacy act because he was pissed off and reacted instead of contacting me. By him posted my SSN proves that he is the slime people say he is.

I want to take the time to personally apologize for the recent ongoing battle I have had with Teleteria. When you do for a living what I do for a living you tend to become overly cautious. Coincidentally our company got screwed hard by a guy the same time I got involved with Teleteria and unfortunately I was directing my frustration towards Teleteria. All the information was from a private investigator who I just informed will no longer be needing his services. Let this be a fresh start to what I anticipate to be a very prosperous relationship. I am a very analytical person, but if I wasnt then I wouldnt make in the industry i'm in. In case anyone doesnt know I'm a portfolio manager for a privately owned investment company. Lets move forward from here. My emails will come to seem non existent and perhaps my calls as well unless I have a question regarding something of importance like marketing etc.

My deepest apologies for any frustration I may have caused.

This client Michael requested ftp access to his site and it was given. He then attempted to optiomize his pages again and again without knowing how to edit html and screwed up his site several times. We fixed it EVERY time at no charge. I then phoned him and explained that if he cant edit html correctly we would start to charge him for the time of the designer to fix the work. At that point he threatened to come to my house, to sue me and to post here on rop off report.

I did everything to appease him including taking his calls on Saturday and Sunday 2 weeks in a row. No where in my contact does it state that will be fix sites messed up by clients for free.
