Universal Bargain Wholesalers PROBLEMS! Refuse to refund money as stated in contract Toronto Ontario

Purchased a TV from them and have receipt in hand promising a full refund if defective. This large screen TV has defective inputs, remote functions that do not work, a convergence board so bad that the TV cannot be aligned and an unwatchable picture. All I've gotten are stories about someone on the way to give a refund, tales that we promise a refund tomorow and then they refuse to answer the phone.

I have never dealt with people that are so unconcerned with standing behind products.

I fully believe in giving a company the benefit of the doubt but I do not want anybody else to go through the mess we are experiencing. Will update if they do the right thing and give us our money back.
