I've already filed a report with RIPOFFREPORT.COM back in November 2004 regarding a dispute with Premier Premium Communications. That was resolved (supposedly) until their accomplice "Telliss" jumped into the picture. I'd read the reports back in November about "Telliss" being an affiliate company and getting into the picture when PPC couldn't scam people for some bogus long distance billing to the UK. I've even received an email from a television station in Los Angeles, CA showing interest in this story and the inconveniences these scams have caused, as so many complaints have been pouring in. So, don't believe Premier Premium Communications nor Telliss...they're B.S. artists. Telliss...here we go again!
