Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We tried over 40 times to get a response from Angie in accounting or Alfred, the owner about this issue. Telquest clearly doesn't want to resolve the situation and continues to hold our equipment after disputing the CC charges that we credited. Please consider your risks before doing business with this company so you don't also get burned like we did,

We have continued to work with Telquest and with their cooperation have resolved the issue.
We determined that there was a breakdown in communication by BOTH sides, not just theirs, but also by an employee on (no longer employed) our side.
To be fair, we acknowledge that both companies share in the responsibility for the issue. Therefore we want to update this record to reflect them resolving this issue.
