Telquest International has been selling used products being represented place of new. When a customer calls in to make a purchase of new equipment...If said equipment is available that is used, the management instructs the warehouse team to ship that.

Total misleading actions. Total bait and switch.

Telquest International has been successfully providing Telecommunications equipment for the past 30 years to over 80,000 customers nationwide. We understand that accidents happen in shipping and we have always acted swiftly to assist all of our clients in the extremely rare incidents of shipping errors.

We understand that anyone can write an anonymous report and try to smear over 30 years of good will.

I am confident that if there was a real issue and the author of this post AntiUnethicalNJ contacted us this would have been handled quickly.
