Telscape Communications Provides lifeline service and free cell phone, but only for 1/2 month and then NEVER answered the phone again. Internet

I signed up for this service with a man named Gerry who came to the door.  Gave him my documents for verification and they phone was mailed to me in about 10 days.  They offer 1000 minutes, but count incoming minutes too.  If you call there business that counts against your minutes and they will leave you on hold or not hang up at the end of call which absorbs minute too.  They basically steal your minutes and then bombard you with text to purchase more minute from there company.  I just waited until the 2nd thinking my minutes would start again.  NEVER got minutes and haven't been able to call and talk to anyone since.  This is a Scam!!  Do NOT order a phone from this company...
