telus mobility celluar wireless company cellphones calgary , Alberta

telus  mobility  does  not honor  thier contracts.   they  ofered  me  an    iphone   4   if    we  pay  the  balance  of  the  bill .   but  when  i  called  back  within    five  days  they  toled  me  to  get  it by creadit card   to ge  the phone.   but  it was    going  to   be  put  on  our  bill  and  the  contract  payout   on  the  bill  as well.   but  did not    stand  behind  thier  offer   of  the  phone.   so  i  never did  get  my  iphone   4   i  wanted   on  the  4 g    network   and   now   they also  did  again  do  the same   thing  to  my daughter   who  is   only    elven   years   old   and shes   under  us  as well .  

on the  pcs   side  of  telus   and   they  promised   here   an  new  phone   called  samsung  evergreen  and  they said   they  could  payout  the  contract  and  price  of  phone  on  the bill  if  we  pay  the  remander  of  what  was  owed   and now they   telus   us  we  need  a   creadit card   as  well   or  we   could  go  down  to awc   and buy it   for   $7.   but  they did   not  keep  thier  word at  all   and   they  tells   us  a  differnet   story  about  our    contracts   and what  we    ow   them   and    thier  not   very  honest   at  the company   anymore   and  not  realy    regulated   niether.  and   so  then   i  moved  over  to  the   other side   of telus   mobility   mike  department   and  good   so  far.  but the  pcs   side    lies   why  to  much.  and if  your  phone   breaks   down    you  have   three  chances    to  get  it  repaired  like  my  old   pcs  blackberry   and it did get  repaired   and failed   agaian .  called  telus   and  they  wanted  me   to  repair   again   but  thier   policy   is  three  stricks   and  you  get   a  new  phone.   they  did   not  even    keep   thier   end  up. niether   i  do  like    the  company   just  want   they  to know   to  treat    customers   fairly   and  keep   thier word.  and   they  need  not  too   lock  thier  ivr  with  your  account s   with  them   . they  need  to  honor   all   types   of  phones   on thier  networks.
