This dealer uses false advertising to show lower prices then attempts to add on bogus "dealer prep" fees for worthless services to bring the price back up.  Everybody knows that any so called "dealer prep" services to a new unit are performed by a mechanic making minimum wage and then the dealer takes the rest as profit.  Multiple dealers/sales persons have already confessed to this fact.  If a dealer does not remove this dealer prep fee, don't buy from them.  You have more leverage getting this taken off if you buy the bike in all cash (not a check, real cash).  

I always buy everything this way, house, car, etc., they cannot do any credit check, and have little more than a duty to sit there and count it out as you watch.  I don't do no loans ever for nothing, i lhave more fun gloating that everything i own is fully paid for.  Nobody can force me to have any insurance either.  Don't buy any extended warranty either, they lie about giving it to you at some employee cost that is faked.  Don't even talk to them about it, either just say "Not interested" right off the bat or "i don't want to do it."  That always shuts them up real fast.  If you pay all cash, you don't even have to give them your phone number.
