First, beware of the "Special Finance Manager", Greggory Warren.  on Linked in he lists an extensive background in specialized financing, however, MCSO lists it a bit different. Thease are the true facts, and can be verified by anyone.  Their special financing manager pled guilty to Theft of Means transportation, and 14 counts of offering false statement for workers compensation to the Maracopa Superior Court, Briefly put, he is an admitted Thief, Liar, as well as a convicted Thief and Liar. he recently completed his sentence of 3 years probation, however we havent got confirmation if his restitution has been paid back yet.  I would sincerely doubt it, since he has listed two pages of creditors he is attempting to declare in bankruptcy, some of which are Automotive dealers, on Van Buren, since he couldnt get financed at his own company. He also list his salary at 40000, but it seems alittle low, thats bewcause hes not declairing a portion of the 400.00 he and his "friend" Marlene are charging you to fill out the forms that you can do yourself for free on the court web site. It simply walks you through it, easy, . Buy the way, It wasnt just me they did this to, According to emails received by Marlene, she completes upwards of 30 per month. They promise you a "debt free life, and tell you that as soon as you file, even before your creditor meeting, they can put you in a new or newer shiney car, with zero down. Watch out, because, that new car becomes a used back lot vehicle, under 10000 sale which means about a 6000 value, and milage up to and including 110000.  big difference then what they promised, and  at 400. a wack for ruining your credit further, at 30 people per month that gives them a straight additional commision of 12000 a month, Not to shabby.  Plus now you have a high interest loan on a car that is high milage, and, get this, they wont even detail it for you, when you pick it up, youll get "what do you expect, you only paid 10000, and if anything is broken, forget about getting it fixed or replaced, its always on back order, , anyway, there contract says they dont have to replace or fix anything, so its all lies, but that is what Greg is good at, Proven time and time again on the MCSO SITE, now with an income like that, plus the 40000 he claims, you think he would at least be able to buy groceries, but no, he lists on his public bankruptcy that he receives health care and FOOD STAMPS. So, As you drive off in your not so shiney vehicle, you get a nice little reminder that remember, its not yours yet, were still getting the financing in line, but we trust you, thats right, they do, because instead of detailing your car, the install a kill switch under your dash with gps, so if you think your keeping this vehicle, you got another think coming. Your contract will say they have 15 days to secure the financing,  You already know it isnt a zero down payment plan because, he talked you into about a 1000.00 , after all its his commission, you know the one he said he wasnt getting, (check your receipt for it, it shows it comming in and right back out to him.) he may have done you the big favor of having you sign and date two checks for the date of the sale, never post date, always the date of the sale.   he will cash one, say 500.00 and he will say in two weeks, hell cash the other. dont worry about it, he wont, because before that happens, he will tell you he couldnt secure the financing, and guess what, the vehicle comes back to Tempe chrysler jeep. and you will not get a refund, because of the wear and tear you put on the vehicle while you had it, besides youll think you got off good because he didnt get the second half of the deposit, ,,he didnt need to, he and marlene got the 400.00 for ruining the credit, and 1/2 of the money down, You just basically walked in handed him the money you dont have, smiled and left him fat and happy. Please, if you have been taken by this scam, make a comment, and again, dont believe me, just check him out on mcso and us bankruptscy, oh, i forgot, he didnt keep up with his payments so the canceled the bgankruptcy, but slick as he is, he wrote a letter to the judge saying he will pay the 100.00 on time for three months, so they reinstated it, wouldnt want to release those 2 pages of debt your welching out on would you.....i hear they come back real mad!!!. 

So, can anyone tell me,l what happened to having the best qualified candidate for a job, Who the hell hired this thief to, of all things , run thye "Special Finance Department" of a major dealership?  wouldnt want to be that HR person,  When I contacted Dodge in Michigan, they said the dealership was already being reviewed for corrective action, and now will be scheduled again for this issue. Pretty cut and dry, do the research on line, its all right thee in his own writing, They must of tauught a class on deception, and a slick smile in University of Phoenix, for that he gets an a++  Tempe dodge, looks like were going to court, hanyone want to join in a class action? let me know
