On February 27 of 2015 I hired Tenacity to do my move reserving a Uhaul truck for them to use. I had to pay for my truck with a cash deposit since the Uhaul wanted more money than they quoted me for estimate and I had only loaded that exact amount on my prepaid card. The movers came by my place to get the cash then went to get the truck and then they did the move.

After the move was finished Tenacity quoted me how much I owed them and I paid them on the spot. When they went to return the truck for me I thought that Uhaul would mail me my refund or try to deposit it on my card which I had given them to hold the truck. Instead they gave a cash refund to the movers which they had kept.

After several attempts to resolve this by contacting the movers they refuse to do anything because they don't want to accuse one of the actual workers that did the move for me of stealing. I have provided all the necessary information including the receipt which Uhaul was kind enough to email to me showing clearly that a refund of $97.77 was given in cash when the truck was returned.

They admit the know the 2 individuals that did my move, they know that those 2 had turned the truck in for me, and they have a copy of the receipt I emailed to them showing contract number and refund given. They have enough to prove the movers got the money they need to refund me the amount taken.

They told me that they would do nothing unless I showed actual proof like having a witness to them taking the money... Uhaul said that the contract they gave me is proof that the money was given in cash to the person that turned in the truck. Even Tenacity admits that... they know that their movers turned in the truck, I have no vehicle or way to travel other than by foot.  they had me pay up front before they turned in the truck and they even called me because they couldn't find the place to turn it in and I gave them directions over the phone.  If Uhaul admits they paid a cash refund to whomever turned in the truck and all parties know that the movers turned in the truck I still do not see what more proof you need? do you need video of them getting cash in hand with a written confession?  no sir these people are crooks anyone can claim to be a Christian... half of the politicians in America do while they rob people blind.  I didn't even go after them for breaking a statue of mine which they just put in the truck and threw a dropcloth over and piled stuff on it.

They are covering for their "family" which they claim they are all close. Do not do business with these people they will rob you blind. Only reason it took me a day or 2 after to realize it was because I wondered why I didn't get my deposit back and went searching for it by making phone calls.  They tried to make it like the Uhaul place used up the exact amount so there was no refund and though they could get away with it because cash is untracable and was right because no one will do anything about it.

I agree movers for Tenacity Moving services did move this gentleman. He even seemed extremely happy at the time. We here... At tenacity moving services, have several extremely satisfied moving customers ,and lots of pictures to prove it. As I am a Christian, and not one to judge. So I am not calling this man a liar(john 8:44). But I will tell the facts, and Let everyone make there own choice:) The movers that day was Johnathan Reep(4195548240../and his dad. He never stole anything in the past or been accused of anything criminal. We did ask Johnathan ,and his dad several times about this. Then we decided to dig deeper! We figure we could contact Uhaul ,and them answer all are questions. They couldn't without permission from the customer. We put hours into this, and never got a straight anwser:( In return my boss said money would be paid back in full. If customer could get Uhaul to release information to us. The customer we moved said Uhaul wouldn't help him either. We are still waiting for any proof from the customer. We he does so, he will be paid back. We have moved big name business such as Chevy truck's, renaissance dental, sunco gas ,and more. As of now we let Johnathan ,and his dad go. If this is truth we beg you to prosecute to the fullest! We background check ,and drug test all are employees.
