danielle cole and brandon hukhill are bad renters dont ask me ask the cout system all you have to do is look up their first and last names in their database and you will find a few other evictions. this is the mistake i made when renting to them, i did not check the court systems first before allowing them to sign the lease.

it is now march they have not paid me rent since november, when i would try to go over there to fix thengs that needed to be fixed brandon hukhill would often ignore my warnings about the heated pipes that had a thermostatic wire on them to keep them from freezing as they were in an old basement of the house. they left the water in my name for over 2 months and once even left it run all day to charge up my bill, then after i had told them to get it changed into their name they ignored me, so i had it shut off so they would be forced to put it in their name. which they were not happy about??

and i tried to go over there various time to collect rent on fix things and was always greeted by brandon with a bad attitude and often giving me the finger for no apparent reason, once he even shoved me and threated me and my son. i began the eviction process over a month ago and they filed for an appeal and tried to sue me for shutting the water off which they could have had turned on at any time. also they were claiming that the house was unsafe because of the insulated thermostatic wires that i had running along the water pipes which if you look you can find at any normal hardware store and are completly safe. they were trying to buy time and another free month of rent apparently when writing a letter to the judge complaing about the water and the wires they stated they did have a place to move to on the 26th of march but could not leave till then,

well then i ask if the house is unsafe why are you staying almost a whole other month? well i had to get a lawyer and i got it all settled their case was thrown out of court, and i now have permission for re-entry on my property.

but now im four months rent short and money on the lawyer spent i should have checked their records first and that would have saved me alot of time and money dont make the same mistake as i have this isnt their first eviction. now i have to sue them to get anything if i get anything outta thoes deadbeats at all
