Back in July, 2011, Tenthwave Digital used a short voiceover in Spanish I made for them, for one of their clients' web page.
I billed Tenthwave $180 for this service, filling all the paperwork they required, etc. The contractual agreement we entered clearly specified "net 30 days" for payment.
Five (5) months later, Tenthwave still hasn't paid me the $180 they owe me -- Yet, they keep using my voiceover.
They don't answer my telephone calls.
They don't respond my voice messages.
They don't reply to my e-mails.
They don't answer the web-page "Contact Us" requests I've left.
Conclusions:
1. TENTHWAVE DIGITAL, LLC is a Ripoff.
2. Do not conduct any type of business with TENTHWAVE DIGITAL, LLC.
