September 9th 2016 Teresa Heaver sold a samoyed puppy to me. She said puppy was born June 12th 2016. I wired $2418.00 into her bank account. She agreed to send the puppy to BWI with all AKC registration papers. And, When I picked the puppy from the Airport the AKC papers were not attached. I contacted Teresa Heaver and she said she will register the puppy by herself  with $12.00 to ensure that the puppy retains Kabeara in her name. She said once she registers the puppy, AKC will then mail the registration paper to me. I waited and waited but nothing came. I called and emailed her several times she kept changing her stories. Later, she stopped responding to my calls and emails. I used other people's phone number to call her and she responded thinking she is getting another victim. She was unhappy to hear my voice. She told me her friend is the person doing AKC registration for her and said she will check with her. Up till now she has avoided me.

I have filed a report with AKC against her but she could not respond to them. AKC told me that her last registered litter was in 2015. She did not register a litter with AKC in 2016. The Sire and Dam pedigree of the puppy she sold to me could not be verified by AKC.  I have filed a lawsuit with court of MD and the court sent her 2 different letters to 18105 Godfrey Ave . Lockport IL 60441 but the 2 letters returned unclaimed. That means she gave me a wrong address where she cannot be reached.

Please, does anybody have her residential address?  Up till now I could not register my Samoyed with AKC because Teresa withheld the AKC papers! Please, beware of Kabeara Samoyeds.com
