Terminex Bullied By Terminex via telephone and letter Fayetteville North Carolina

I have excellent credit and pay my bills on time. However, I have recently taken a number of financial hits and have been forced to cut back my monthly expenses. I did not get a salary for three months, had a two hundred dollar increase in my house payment due to an escrow short fall the result of a property tax hike.

I am a single widowed parent, and work two jobs, but numerous unforeseen expenses including medical expenses and car repairs put me in economic straights. I fell arears in my payments to Terminex. I contacted them and requested that I be allowed to pay them up to the point at which I owed them for services rendered, and to be released from the contract. Talk about unfriendly, heavy handed and bullying!

They started calling every day, sent me a threatening letter saying they would take me to court. All I can tell you is that I will never do business with this firm again and I would urge you to avoid them like the plague. I now see on the internet that there are numerous examples of this company being involved in litigation for deceptive business practices, misapplication of chemicals, and a general attutide of arrogance and bullying. BUYER BEWARE!

Shop around for pest control services or you may end up with a PEST who takes you to court and seems to be competing with the IRS for winner of worst treatment of clientele. Terminex is the PEST here folks.
