This business is absolutely disguesting in the way they handle their customer concerns even when it was an issue that directly resulted from Terra Tots mistake. In no way compassionate or regretfull for the way a customer was treated. Verbally bashed that same customer to a third party service agent while unknowlingly the customer was listening on the same line embarressed that a "professional" would call a customer those names its a real shame.
