Terrebonne Ford of Houma Sold NEW Truck with OLD Tires Houma Louisiana

BUYER BEWARE.....Terrebonne Ford of Houma does dirty dirty business. I bought my 2011 Expedition there brand new. The tires looked worn from day one. We brought it there several times and asked them to please look at them. We were told over and over that the tires were brand new when put on the vehicle. In 3 years time, it only has 22,000 miles on it. I drive it in town primarily. It has been on the interstate a handful of times. We rotate the tires and get alignments faithfully. Two of the tires are now balding and the tread on the other two are very low. My husband finally took it once more, and we were told that indeed the tires had been switched out from another vehicle!!! Now the story has changed to it was only one tire. They are offering us the same exact deal that I would get if I used the warranty Goodyear has. A warranty that would only need to be used if I had done something to cause this kind of situation. $400 for 4 new tires. I don't feel that I should have to pay anything because I didn't have new tires to begin with. So today I call the supervisor, Anthony Palmazanno, and tried to explain to him what I expected to be done. I told him that I did contact my attorney. He was EXTREMELY rude and was talking over me in a "FIRST OF ALL....blah blah blah" type way. I interrupted and he told me that he had nothing more to say and if I wanted to talk that I could contact him through my attorney. I told him that I would be posting here and his reply was "Oh, so you are threatening me now?". Facebook is a public forum, Mr. Palmazanno. You really should consider treating Ford customers better. This is not over. I plan to take this as high as I can but if you have had similar issues with Ford, it may not be just you. There may be tons of us that have been lied to.
