Lazy .. Non working..Ripoff..Mom Terri Garzarelli Gibbstown New Jersey

My husband's ex wife Terri Garzarelli asked for alimony during their divorce. It was givin to her on the grounds that they had a physical fight before the divorce.

Wherein she called him to the marital home (even tho there was a restraining order) where she was living with their child. And when he pulled up in front she was sitting on the front steps with her new boy friend his ex-best friend.(Also married with children)

He never got out of the truck, they fought and he left but she would not let him leave she kept ahold of the truck, and was knocked to the ground.

The neighbor across the street testified that she got up and walked to the bar down the road. But the next day she went to she her UNCLE the Doctor who said she has two herniated disk in her back. So she cant work where she has to lift over 25 lbs.

Well to make a long story short she has milked that for four years now. She works for her boyfriends lawn care service UNDER THE TABLE every day in the summer.

My Husband works as a mechanic every day of the week 40 hours a week on a job he has had for 25 years and because of her and her ALIMONY (to keep her living in the lifestyle she was used to, even tho they live MUCH better than we ever will be able to) the man brings home $250.00 a week. She gets $220.00 from him for doing nothing.

She has even had the audasity to use his medical perscription card for perscriptions of darvocet for her pain. I have turned her in to the New Jersey Insurance fraud investigators. I cant wait till they get done with that case, her and her Uncle will do alot of restitution for their lies.
