If you even knew an ounce of what you were talking about you would know an Oldies hips, eyes, elbows, and cardiac function are not done by a simple DNA test. They are done by X-rays and seeing specialists. The only "Good Dog" Terry has in her puppy mill is the dog she scammed saying he was going to a soldier and both parents have had their testing done. Before you start making accusations about jealousy please do your homework. 

You are speaking out of ignorance in regards to people you know nothing about.  I do genetic testing on my dogs and have the proof.  What could I possibly be jealous of?  Have you ever spoken to me or have first hand knowledge of my dogs, my program or who I am?  No you do not.  And this has nothing to do with poodles.  I could care less about poodles.  This is about the first hand experience I had with Terry and what was suppose to occur with the litter I did a stud service for as well as my friend who donated a dog again that I helped produce to a program which was suppose to be to give to soldiers.  This has not occured nor has anything been done to recticfy the situation.  That my dear is not what was suppose to happen.  We were both misled on what was suppose to happen with resulting puppys and the dog.  And that is what this is about nothing more and nothing less.  Enough said ;)

As a poodle breeder, I've known Terry Jester for over 20 years. She is one of the most responsible breeders of dogs that I have ever known. I have personally known of 11 dogs that she has produced, trained and GIVEN to people with disabilities, in the last 3 years. These dogs had a combined value of over 100,000 dollars. Yet, she GAVE them to the people, because they couldn't afford to buy them. 

The two women making thses claims are breeders of bulldogs, and are in direct competition with Terry Jester. Terry Jester has raised the bar on breeding bulldogs, because of her genetic testing requirements; producing the quality of bulldogs that most other breeders cannot hope to achieve. These women are jealous. Enough said.

I find it disgusting for an individual to use a charity for personal gain.  They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and it should be a felony!!!

To use the excuse that you are doing it to help Veteran's is even worse.  These men & women put their lives on the line for our FREEDOM!!

I did not do a stud service with this organization to produce puppies to sell or to be used for breeding.  I was very deceived into what was going to occur with the resulting puppies.  There is absolutely no way it can be seen any other that being deceptive.  When these puppies were born I wasnt even told by Terry I was told by another person.  I found a link to ebayclassifieds where all 7 puppies that were born were listed up for sale and that really raised a red flag for me.  If you are supposed to be producing a litter of puppies for soldiers are you going to list all 7 up for sale immediately after birth?  I wouldnt think so.  Then I was told that 2 puppies were sold for high prices that are not justified as the mother of litter to my knowledge has had no health testing.  If she did I was never told so when I did the stud service.  Oh and the 2 puppies sold were sold with breeding rights.  I was told that 1 puppy was being evaluated for the "program".  Possibly what that means is that that puppy may be used as a breeder.  And if that puppy doesnt make it in the "program" why did I provide a stud service for exactly?  It doesnt take a genius to figure out this situation does it?  Its all there in black and white. 

I am astounded that people can write whatever they like on here and accuse people of doing things they have no proof of. I recently got a puppy from Terry Jester and I can assure anyone that she is not running a puppy mill. Her dogs all live inside and are very well cared for and well loved. For the record my husband is a Disabled Veteran and we are very happy with our beautiful puppy. It seems strange to me that so many people have benefited from Terry Jester and her Ha=Lo programme, yet two friends who know each other have both written inflammatory reports on this site about two supposedly separate incidents. What are the odds of that when nobody else has a problem with Terry Jester or the way she goes about her business. I would seriously think about what you state in a report because if that was me you were writing malcious and inflamitory things about I would be far less gracious than Terry Jester has been. You should be ashamed of yourselves.... I wonder if either of these two friends writing these reports accusing Terry Jester of running a puppy mill have even been to her kennels ?
