I purchased three puppies from a Terry Wines of Galore of Babies in Houston, Tx back in April 2009. It has been over 4 months and still no puppies or refund. She promised to send me the puppies on several occasions and even made flight arrangements to shut me up but they never arrived. She will use several different names and give you several different stories on why the puppies didnt make the flight. The first story she gave me was her grandma died and was up all night along and missed the flight.
After putting numerous articles on the internet warning people I have heard from three other people scammed by her. She has gone by the names of Terry Wines, Sarah Phillips, Leah Barlow, Stephanie Kernes and Emily Burgos. This woman can not be trusted. She will give you a sad story about her grandma's death and or a horrible accident that put her into the hospital. She will except paypal and money wires through Walmart Money Gram. Once she gets your money she will remain in contact with you over a period of three to three in half months only by email never by phone. Once you have reached thoses three months all communication will stop. The reason behind that is paypal will not stand by a transaction over a 90 day period. This way she has your money and you have no way to recover it unless you file many reports. It is a long and timely manner filing the reports but well worth it. I have now been notified by the DA in Harris County Texas and they are working on the case.
If anyone else has been scammed by this person please notify me at (((ROR redacted))). The more people we have regarding this person the better our chances are of getting our money back and her being arrested.

I recently dealt with this woman on a short term lease. She also goes by Sarah Phelps and her boyfriend goes by Terry Newell. The electricity bill was in the name of Carolyn S. Newell and the cable bill was in the name of Terry Newell so they had to have a social security number to set up these accounts. They bounced a check on me and all has been turned over to the District Attorney. As of 08/31/09 they were in the Houston, Texas area. She is a white woman, 5' 3-4" tall, reddish-brown hair, small frame, light complexion, very figidity. He is a black male, 6' 3-4" tall, clean shaven and short black hair. I can identify them if need be. They were driving a 4-door, dark gray, Ford Taurus style car. They claimed they were IKE victims and lived in Galveston the last year waiting for their condo to get finished being repaired. He claimed to work at Sand Dollar Dealership in Galveston, Texas.
I had my daughter's dog with me and she took numerous pictures of it with her phone which I thought was weird, but now I know why since I read about her dog scamming on the side.
