Around February of 2009 my boyfriend and i were getting ready to have a second child and didn't have much money, so my boyfriend seen an add in the paper (in bethlehem pa) for mail carriers. He called the number and was told that he would have to pay $129.95 which covered everything and would be refunded after taking the test and either failing or getting a job and working for at least a week, well after talking we decided it was something that we had to do because when the baby came we would need the income he would get from that job so we sacrificed the money we had for these materials only to find out all the numbers and websites were invalid! A $130 might not be a lot to most people but it was most of what we had and we struggled for a while until getting jobs that we could and are just now getting on our feet. I just can't believe how people can get away with this, right now im not so much worried about the refund i just want justice done so that nobody else has to go thru what many of us had to!
