Testing Authority In Norcross, Ga recieved money and cannot recieve refund meca, Georgia

Yes I responed to an add in the paper about the post office was hiring and called the number and had to give husband card number and the transaction went through for $129.00.  Recieved the book to study as they say and recieved a paper to go take the postal exam and scored a 70% on it.  After not hearing from any one about my score and tried to call them back with the number I had and it would say that the number could not be completed try your call again.  I have been trying every since last year and thats when I paid for the book and every thing in 2008.  And went to the post office to see if they knew of this and they stated"The post office do not charge anything to take a test to get hired you have been scamed and I knew right then something was wrong.  And I have not been knowing what to do since then.  I have been going through hard times since I lost out on that $129.00.
