Teva Respiratory, LLC provides the sole generic albuterol inhaler available through Costco online pharmacy, where I fill my asthma medications regularly.

For some years, I have experienced failure with their cannisters delivering less than the full amount of medicine. Sometimes the cannister still has liquid inside but no propellent to disperse it. Other times there is simply less than than the package claims.

Their new actuator now has a Dose Counter, and the very first 2 shipped to me registered this short-changing, with one running dry with 44 doses remaining, and the other with around 21 remaining of 200. The dose counter now proves what I've claimed for years, that I'm being consistently shorted.

Costco kindly explained to me that prescription medicines cannot simply be returned to the store or online pharmacy, due to regulations, but must be processed by the supplier. In this case it's Teva.

Despite my email to Costco online pharmacy explaining my need for email communication rather than phone (I am very short-winded, which is why I use the inhaler, and run out of breath in minutes), and despite Costco's communication to Teva outlining the circumstances, Teva Respiratory will not communicate via email, and has left me numerous phone messages to that effect.

It has proven impossible to find any sort of physical address in the USA, nor any means of communicating by any means except the phone number listed everywhere. No address, no email, no chat, no PO Box.

What if I were deaf? I cannot effectively use the phone, so by their standards, I have no recourse. 

Additionally, I believe a written record, whether email, chat transcript, fax or hard copy, would certainly be indicated here. For my own quality control, I want a printed record.

All I'm seeking at this point is a means of opening an avenue of communication that works for me. 

As for how they intend to rectify the dose shortage, I am left wondering just how they will handle that matter.
