Tewfik Sadia has conned all the persons who were close to him including someone he pretended to be dating and madly in love with.

He asked her a lot of money to help him out and never gave it back to her. Whilst she was patiently chasing for her money, conman was going out every day spending money on prostitutes in Morocco, paying them champagne and gifts. However he was still taking few minutes of his fun time sending messages to her to tell her how much he missed her and how he was looking forward to marrying her and having a family with her.

He also maliciously conned all his mates a lot of money. He told them they should bet money on horse racing and he will deal with the tickets. He then tricked the tickets so that they will not win but he got the money from his mates for the tickets. As it happens, the horses they bet on all won and so they lost even more money. 

He also told everyone in the city that he was going to buy a business. He told everyone that the owners were in big debts and that he was helping them get the business back on track. He conned a lawyer a lot of money too when he asked that lawyer to help him do some work for him. He also tarnished the reputation of a big worldwide hotel chain saying they shut down his accounts and he posted many public comments on Facebook to publicly write denounce the employees of this major hotel of fraud. 

Tewfik Sadia told people he wanted to gain trust from (especially that person he said he wanted to marry) that he had a little girl who died aged 3 years old of a rare brain tumour. He also lied about the lavish life he spent in Monaco, that he had a massive flat there, that he also owned flats in Paris and in Agadir. All a lie. He told people he had brain surgery in Paris, probably a lie too.

The truth is that Tewfik Sadia is a conman who has no job, who has been barred from all French banks for the past 2 years for blank cheques, who opened a bank account in Morocco using fake identity, who is probably using more than 10 different identities to commit his fraudulent criminal activities of stealing money from the people who trusted him and wanted to help him. It is also suspected he doesn't act on his own (his mum and/or close friends might be criminal partners).

The police is doing nothing, justice is taking too long, he has sent abusive, intimidating emails/anonymous phone calls to the lady he said he was in love him who asked for her money back. He said she will get nothing. That man is a scary horrible person laughing at the police forces, the justice systems in all our western countries and has disappeared somewhere to con more people in order to keep living a comfy life. 

He needs to face justice.
