An article in Kansas City Star points troubled judges involvement with cases when they should have recused themself. Judge Gary A. Fenner and his wife who is also a judge both have stock in kerr mcgee Refinery, Sunoco Inc., and gas exploration. We are furious to know he made decisions in our case against Texaco Inc., Texaco Refinery Marketing Inc. L and E Martin OIL, a Missouri Corporation, James Eberle, Iron Gates.

Beginning in 1995 up and til 2004 when we innocently had no idea of these two attorneys involvement in privately releasing the Texaco Inc. and informal agreements assigned to Texaco Refinery Marketing Inc. who agreed to accept assignment as long asl the attorneys did so informally. Then, we were never aware of their little games. We were told their was a loophole. The oil company will be more than enough to pay damages according to McCombs.

Then, we just trust and never questioned our representation and believe they are fighting to get the treatment my wife and daughter so desperately need. Next, we are told the trial dates changed again and again. We just hang on. Then, one day we were told it would begin June 2, 2004 in Kansas City, Mo. They changed the date so many times we didn't even expect it to happen. Especially, we were to upset because our Daughter almost had a blood clot going straight to her lungs during a field trip. She is unable to even ride on a spacecar with her classmates without ending up in a hospital.

Since she was three after the gasoline accident, she developed pneumonia, weakened lungs in a glass room breathing oxygen, then put on the same heart medicine my 70 year old Mother had to take, we watched her become a zombie. We worked with the Doctors to try and keep her off medicine to build her hear muscles with ballet something she could at least learn and become stronger to build muscles. It was truly a nightmare one week before the actual trial for her to end up in the Hospital with a frightening diagnosis of a possible blood clot to her lungs. This is the way it is in our home. Since the gasoline shot my wife in the face and gasoline was everywhere and he threw the hose in our car with my child in it. This man was innocently trying to fix a defective nozzle. He is so sick from the gasoline he couldn't even testify at trial. He apologized to our family personally recently and promised to write a letter. We forgive him. He just tried to repair the nozzle and was freaked out by the explosion himself. he was just and old country man, trying to make a living somehow, afraid of the corporate attorneys. He did foolishy scare my wife and daughter, when he attempted to light a cigarette. My God, they would have become a human torch. Survivor and survival, we hope someone comes forward to you with more truth and investigate these defective nozzle cases to prevent more injury, fires, and death.
