 This company will rip you off by all means necessary.  They put on window tint that bubbles up on you after a couple of days on installation and then will charge again to fix it.  they sell aftermarket tires that will break down on you after a few weeks of driving on them, then tell you that they do not warranty the tires and if you want to fix your tires you will have to pay for new ones.  they will tell you that you can get a stereo system for one price and then install a cheaper version of the system in your car.  the technicians break things in your car a will try to convince you that it was laready broken when they start working on your car.  they will install your stereo system incorrectly and it will shut down your electric system and then they will charge you to fix the problem.  If you utilize their finance system, they will tell you that the Progressive charge you $400.00 on top of the high finance charge that you are already getting charged, but Progressive don't. that is the Owners Bill Arafat way of scamming money off the top from his customers.

This guy has own several Companies in the Houston area and all of them have been scamming and ripping off his customers.  He has owned A-1 Car Stereo where he and his counterpart ripped off a manufactored company in San Antonio for $900,000 plus.  He has alsoRipped off First Bank with fraud and misrepresentation of his company and not paying rent of a rental property.  this man is bad news and does not mind ripping of people.  Consumers be ware of this guy and his companies, most of them are electronic company and are listed under the LLC as US Car Sale and Repairs, LLC......
