Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Their cars are lemons. The warranties they sell do not cover the repairs needed on the cars. I went to a Cadillac dealership after I bought the car and had to pay $3,500 out of pocket for repairs as the crap warranty did not cover anything. Then the rear end needed to be replaced 3 months later. The car constantly made noises and was mechanically unsound. I got rid of that piece of crap. The salesman gave us the runaround all day and take it from me, buyer beware.

We bought a car from Texas Direct Auto 3 years ago, and found it to be a very pleasant experience. It was quick and easy, with a great price, on a good car. If you know what you want, and shop on line, this is the way to buy a car.
There is no evidence of our car being abused, wrecked, or from a rental pool, and has had no problems at all. I still recommend them as a quick and easy car buying solution that avoids the proverbial 'used car salesman'. I am shopping there again now for another car.
