Texas fair plan insurance They won't pay the claim on my roof that had hail damage Austin Texas

I filed a claim for my roof with Texas fair plan for hail damage. They sent there adjust who worked for the for 6 yrs. He told us alot of jail damage they will cover thewhole roof. Well that wasn't the case after 10 days I finally spoke to Kristen (she's very rude) . She said she looked at the report and couldn't decide so she sent it for review . 2 weeks later they said they wanted to send another adjuster out. I refused to have another person out and just wanted the final review sent to me that's when Kristen started yelling and hung up on me. This insurance company is a joke they don't help anyone but themselves. I paid for homeowners insurance and had to pay for a roof out of pocket bc of them. Worse experience I have ever had w an insurance company.
