Recently an employee at a prominent Law Firm in Dallas was fired for taking kick-backs and receiving payment for referring clients to Texas Healthcare Neck & Back Clinics PA under the direction of Dr. Douglas Lester DC.
Clinics around Dallas are complaining of patients being flipped to Texas Healthcare by case managers that are taking illegal kick-backs and payment from Texas Healthcare, reporting that the patient was closer to the Texas Healthcare clinic, when in fact they were not.
Many patients report of the rudeness, carelessness, unproffesional practices and attitude of the Medical Director of Texas Healthcare Neck & Back Clinics Dr. James Michael Farrell, MD as follows from the website vitals.com/doctors/Dr_James_M_Farrell/reviews#ixzz2lhS4d2tH

"Dr. Farrell's office has recently changed staff - adding a new nurse practitioner AND office manager. The nurse practioner's name is Kathyrn Kennelly and the office manager's name is Roger Tandery. It is true that change is hard to adjust to, but in this case - the change is all too obvious! We had a billing issue and the staff was unwilling to sit down with us in a professional manner. We paid $75 cash for a visit in which service was ultimately not rendered. We were told we could have a refund. The following day we were accused of "not paying". Both individuals were abrupt and belligerent - to the point that it would be described as bullying had an act like this occurred within our local schools. We have been loyal, respected patients for over a decade with this office and never once took issue with the treatment we've received. Patient retention is not a concern of theirs. The new staff was an embarrassment to the office. There are many extra, pertinent details but not enough space to expand. We are currently hiring legal representation."
"Tried repeated calls to get an appointment. Staff never returned calls. Been a paitent for 2 years and never get to see the doctor, just the nurse. When I can get thru to make a call the wait is at least 2 weeks for an appointment. Poor record keeping, missed vital info from past visits."

The subpoena was issued by Texas Healthcare Neck & Back Clinics, P.A. (“Plaintiff”), the plaintiff in the matter of Texas Healthcare Neck & Back Clinics, P.A. v. John or Jane Does 1 and 2, Cause No. DC-14-01487 in the 95th District Court of Dallas County, Texas. This subpoena was presented to the Clerk of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, and said Clerk issued a subpoena to Xcentric Ventures, LLC for this information on March 7, 2014.
