My husband & I have been searching for another Nissan Armada for me to drive. We found a few 2007 models that were LE's (leather, loaded..) for around 25k. We found a 2005 from Texas Motorcars in Plano & emailed Brian Spagnola to tell him our offer. Our offer was lower than what he was asking simply because it was 2 years older than the others we had found but he was still asking 26k for it. He sent an email back to my husband & this is how it went down:

Brian:"I don't know where your looking at these 07's but you should buy every single one of them. You could get rich."

My husband: "Well thanks for the rude response. You won't earn my business.

Good luck with the sale."

Brian: "You earned that response when you offered 20k. Thats funny, it's 3k less than "average" wholesale book. I looked on the net and you can find 07's for 25900. And thats ok if your looking at 07 SE's, 2x4 with no equipment and higher miles. I dint mean to come across as rude but there is no way a dealer can buy a vehicle like this back of 20k and be able to make a profit.

SO I called Mr. Rude & he proceeded to tell me that he was the owner of the place. I told him that was beyond me because that was NO way to run a business & that I was completely offended. He told me I was not a customer of his nor would I ever be one. I told him that was right & that I thought he needed to attend college & get a business degree like I had done & maybe he would learn how to treat customers. I also told him that all he had to say was I'm sorry but I cannot accept your offer and move on..
He told me "do not call me to b***h me out you f*****g b***h." And hung up.

Now- I don't know about you but I have NEVER in my life been treated so disrespectfully from any type of salesman. EVER. That was so uncalled for & the most unprofessional thing I've ever witnessed. I wouldn't TAKE that car from him if it was FREE.

He then proceeded to email MY HUSBAND, and not ME to say oops my wife at home is 9 months pregnant & it's been a rough morning. UM EXCUSE ME, I don't care if your wife is pregnant- you don't treat any prospective buyers like that, EVER.

I would HIGHLY suggest that if you are in the market for a car, DO NOT use Texas Motorcars in Plano- you might be made fun of & cursed at.

Right after you were rude to me for about 10 min. How many men are going to sit there and let someone chew there butt about something they know zero about.

BTW even youre husband commented to me that you were a hot head or liked to stir the pot. Something of that nature.

I apologized for being rude.

I sold the same car, the same day for the exact price I had listed. I imagine you are still looking for that "unicorn" vehicle.

Sorry If I ruined your morning

I think you got the response you deserved. In fact I think the dealer was very polite considering you tried to steal the vehicle for $6000.00 less than the asking price. Use your head!!! Do you think the poor guy is even making $6000.00 on the vehicle? Of course not!!! It is so one sided it's not even funny, you can try to steal a vehicle from the dealer and laugh about it, but if you found out you paid a few dollars too much every comsumer agancy in the country would be notified. If you don't like the price don't buy there!!! If you offered me three fourths of my asking price I probably wouldn't have been so nice.
