*Consumer Comment: One Of The Oldest Tricks In The Book, But...
At that point I was upset so I ask for a manager. In which never came to see what the problem was. Also at that point I felt harassed and humiliated cause the salesman stated he was not going to get our keys until we test drive a 2012 Nissan Altima. We had ask for the keys for hours no keys to our car. So when the manager final came out he told us to leave. I was upset also at the fact that the manager never said what was the problem or how was our service today. Not only that he jumps in my face and tell us to get out. First I felt as a customer disrepected and harassed like I was forced to buy a car. Your customers comes first not your sale. Being a manager always ask is there anything I can help you with. He never did that. He was yelling very unprofessional.
