He hired us to remove old siding, soffit, fascia, install new siding, soffit, fascia, caulk and paint. He also had us repair rotted framing. He got paid by the homeowners and he did not pay us. He will not answer our calls, text messages or emails. The homeowner is also trying to reach him amd he is avoiding them also.
