First of  all I found this house through my realtor which was actually perfect for me and my family. Well we do all the necessary paperwork for the house, but trusted my realtor to look at the home to make sure it was moving in ready because I did not have time had to leave town on business. She inspected the home and stated there are repairs that needed to be done in the home. So TEXAS RENTERS agreed to do the necessary repairs on the home.

Time came to pay first month rent and pickup keys. Went into the home and nothing was done. I contacted my realtor and TEXAS RENTERS and they stated that it was already done. The walls was two or three shades of colors, garage was filty, bathroom still had body hair in tub, food spashed al over walls in kitchen. Stove was dirty, back yard fence was tour up. One the most of all CARPET through the HOLD ENTIRE HOUSE INCLUDING CARPET IN CLOSET WAS DIRTY.

AFTER ALL OF THAT MY REALTOR APOLOGIZED TO US AND EVEN GAVES A GIFT CARD TO HOME DEPOT TO BUY SOME Paint so we could do it ourself's. We did most of it ourselfs. Through out our lease charge us late fees when we where on auto-draft. They was just horrible even our neighbors kept knocking the sign down so we would'nt move out. At the end of our lease term we spent time and money making the house looking remarkable and they still took our money 1300.00 from us.

Their reason because they had to replace the fence which they lied and knew they lied when they look at our move in sheet. Then they stated they had to replace bubs thats a lie I have pictures to show me turning on and off every light in the house and out. Then they said that had to repaint which a lie they did not paint in the beginning. AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY TOOK A MONTH AND A HALF TO MAKE UP SOMETHING TO KEEP OUR MONEY. WE KEPT CALLING FOR IT AND TO FIND OUT THEY WHERE TRYING SOMETHING TO KEEP OUR DEPOSIT MONEY AND GOT AWAY WITH IT.
