In late July, 2013, I made a telephone appointment with Texas Singles, in Austin, Texas, for August 5, 2013. The lady that answered stated that they had many, many ladies in the 80 year old range, and it wouldn't be hard for them to find suitable prospects for me.

On the August 5th, appointment the young lady also stated that they had any number of ladies interested in persons of my age. She explained the way the service operated, and what would be expected of me. I explained that I was in excellent health except for memory loss that had gotten worse in the past few months. I told her I was under the care of my primary care physician, and had just had extensive blood work, the results of which hadn't come back.

As I was reading the contract I noticed that there was a 'no refund statement', and I told her that I believed I better reconsider on joining due to my possible ongoing health problems. At that time she assured me that health problems were recognized by their service as a legimate cause, and it would be cause for me to get a refund.

In September, I received a call from a lady (Martha) in an out-of-state office inquiring why I hadn't followed through on completing my paper work with Texas Singles. I explained to her that my health problems had resulted in my up-coming appointment with a Neurorologist. She wished me well, and suggested that I contact them when I had further medical results.

My appointment with the Neurologist resulted in my having an MRI on my brain, and two sessions with Neuropsychometric testing doctors. The first session was held a few weeks ago, and the second is an eight hour session to be held December 9, 2013. The MRI showed I have erosion around the brain. My next session with the Neurologist is in early December, where a decision on my future medical needs will be made. The Neurologist assured me that recovery of memory is not an absolute, but possible medication can help somewhat.

Some three weeks ago, I called the Austin office number but kept getting a recording, and I thoiught maybe they had fled the Austin area, so I drove to their site. There was a lady there who had people in another office, but came out and assured me that my problem was something their owners would consider because they were kind hearted people, and she would call them later that day and I would hear something from their office soon. It's now been at least three weeks, so it appears to me that their employees apparently don't speak for upper management.

I believe if someone is interested in a dating site they should consider someone other than Texas Singles! They have proventhat they are NOT honorable people!
