TEXSTAR PROPERTIES Bad Service and Worst Property Management to Rent a Place ripoff Harker Heights Texas

Texstar Properties did it again.

On 17 November 2006, I picked up my keys from their office to move in to one of their rental house. I packed my stuff and drove 10 miles from my previous residence to their rental house. Guess what? They gave me the wrong key. I called them about the wrong key and asked them to bring the right key to me. She told me if I want a key brought to me I have to wait the following Monday because their maintenance guy was already gone and nobody can bring the key to me. She told me if I want the key I have to go back at their office which was 24 miles round trip then she hung up the phone on me.

Leaving me with no choice, I went back to their office and picked up the right key. I finally made it back to the rental house and opened the house. While I was unloading my stuff from my truck, I noticed that the garbage can was full to the max and a box of trash outside the garbage can. I called Texstar Properties again and asked why the garbage can was already full and we just moved in. She told me that it was not their responsibility.

I wish I never did business at this place it was horrible. Warning!! Do not make the same mistake that I did dealing with this company. Bad Service to the Max!! fellow Soldiers.
