Textbooksrus did not deliver item ripoff Columbus Ohio

Had textbook ordered to my school address via Fedex 2 day with delivery confirmation, book was supposed to be signed for by me but was not and subsequently stolen, textbook was suppose to have signature confirmation and thus no signature is on file, fedex tracking # xx674, Order # xx91, although the package was delivered but not to me and never signed for by me or anyone in the household, I looked all around the house, asked neighbors, called local polics, and asked the fedex driver who delivered the item, no one signed for it
